ISUMATAQ, the keeper of the sacred space where wisdom can reveal itself

PSYCH-K® is a beautiful set of principles and processes which allow you to have a conscious conversation with your subconscious mind, find out which limiting beliefs it holds, then rewrite them and transform them into empowering beliefs. This process of personal realization, which you carry out yourself assisted by a facilitator, allows you to connect with your Inner Wisdom, take charge of your own life, and create new potential to live your life the way you want.

The more I use PSYCH-K®, both with myself and with others, the more I evolve as a facilitator and as a human being. Over the years, PSYCH-K® has become a part of who I am, my understanding of it has deepened and it has become my philosophy of life, and I have come to realize that it’s the principles that make this modality so special and dear to me.

One of the principles is that YOU have all the information you need. You have your own answers and in a PSYCH-K® session you are supported and invited to (re)connect with your Inner Wisdom.
Another important principle is that I, as a facilitator, am Isumataq. This Inuit word means: “the keeper of the sacred space where wisdom can reveal itself.”  So my most important task is to hold space and make sure it is safe for your Inner Wisdom to manifest and become accessible for you. I take this very seriously and I am very much aware of the fact that connecting with your Inner Wisdom, your Essence, can be very delicate. This is why sessions are always individual and in private. The session is yours, and yours alone, so you can be who you really are, with all your happiness and sorrow, successes and failures, pride and guilt, hopes and worries, …
During the session you will also connect with your Higher Self who will make sure that every step you take in the session is safe and appropriate for you at that specific moment in your life.
